DETROIT, MI – Fresh off of his magical night at the Grammy Awards, Bruno Mars has announced he will return to Michigan on the last leg of his “24K Magic World Tour.”
While dates and venues haven’t been announced yet, Mars revealed on Twitter the final leg of the tour will hit 12 cities with Detroit being one of them. Cardi B is the special guest opener.
Mars last performed in Michigan on the same tour at The Palace of Auburn Hills on August 12, 2017. At that concert he made a surprise announcement that he would donate $1 million to help the victims of the Flint water crisis.
This final tour leg announcement comes after Mars’ memorable night at the Grammys. He won the awards for Song of the Year (“That’s What I Like”), Record of the Year and Album of the Year.
Tickets for the final 12 concerts go on sale February 16th. When the Detroit venue and date is announced, along with ticket prices, MLive will have the story for you.
